I am posting on behalf of my mum.

Lovely spacious double room, with huge mirror wardrobes and dressing table with mirror in a 3 bed house with a large living room, conservatory and garden.

Looking for a female lodger who is clean, tidy, not a party animal, ideally would suit a quiet who doesn't host, who every now enjoys watching netflix together with the ocassional glass of wine. My mum does cook often so a passion for food is always welcomed.
There is a toilet downstairs which would be completely yours. The shower will be shared in the bathroom upstairs.

There is a beautiful ginger cat who is 4 years old who will be your other housemate.
