Hi...

Looking for a short term lodger.
Preferably Mon - Fri, or full time on a short term basis. (I thought i had sold my flat, but my buyers sale fell through, he remains keen, but iin the meantime, my spareroom is available, potentially for a few months).

I am a Keyworker and since lockdown have been working from home, this is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
I work as a recovery worker and counsellor, which requires a high level of confidentiality, privacy and quiet, so ideally I am looking for a lodger who will be out to work during the day.

Preferably Mon to Thurs/Fri £100/£125 per week. or
I will consider full time on a short term basis £550 per month.

> The spareroom is a bright and airy, cosy double room.

It has a very comfy double bed, a cupboard with storage boxes, storage and hanging space, a desk/dressing table with chair with good lighting.
A bedside table.
A Large flatscreen t. v. with Wifi Broadband.
A small fridge
An electric stove heater.

> Full use of kitchen/diner incl dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave etc and plenty of personal storage space in freezer, fridge and own cupboard.

> A little balcony with lots of flowers to enjoy some outside space. I look after the garden area on the ground floor as you enter the communal stairway, so the outside area is well cared for and is often a little oasis of colour.

Heavitree Park is just 5 mins walk away to enjoy a bit of "Park life".

> My home is in a quiet area of Heavitree in Exeter, with plenty of FREE PARKING.

> I keep a clean, tidy and quiet house and will welcome a lodger with similar standards please.

I have completely redecorated the flat over the past 18 months.
New carpets throughout.

The location:
> Perfect for THE MET OFFICE, Sowton Ind Est, Exeter Business Park, South West Water at Pynes Hill, RD&E Hospital, St Lukes Campus of Exeter University and Middlemoor.

Convenient for The City Centre too.
> City centre 20/25 min walk or there is a regular bus service (the "A" route), directly into The City Centre; very convenient bus stop with regular pic ups every 10 mins into town.

> The Polsloe Bridge Train Stop is a five minute walk away. (Handy for an Exmouth commute).

> Convenient for M5(J30)/A30/A38/A303.

I have two very friendly and entertaining cats (Sugar & Spice). Sadly Spice is losing her sight.. so we need a lodger who is empathetic towards a cute cat who's become a little nervous... but still loves a cuddle.

Re the lounge: You are welcome to use my lounge, however, I practice yoga first thing in the morning so I tend to use it then.
Pre Covid I used my lounge on a Monday tor my face to face client work, I hope that I may be able to restart this but for now all of my work is online (incl Thursday eve), I use the office space in my bedroom, so currently the lounge is available for a lodger to make more use of.
