I’m looking for a third year (or masters:)) female student to take over my tenancy in a lovely house on Smithdown. There are 3 lovely girls living there, who are all studying in their final year of uni:)
The location is a 15 min bus ride/20 min walk to uni and there is an Asda and Aldi 5 mins walk away:)
The rent is £629 per month (bills included), and the contract is until 22nd June 2026.
The room is a spacious, front-facing bedroom in the bottom floor, with one toilet right outside. There is also a big bathroom upstairs, fairly big kitchen and living space, and a big back garden.
The current housemates are super welcoming, chill and tidy :)
