A bright, peaceful room in a beautiful coach house near Sefton Park and Lark Lane (about a 10-minute walk) and within walking distance of the city centre.

The house is a calm, quiet and welcoming space with a gorgeous courtyard and large shared garden. I often work in a separate studio and am away quite a bit, so it’s often a house to yourself.

The street is a fabulous community we do yoga in the gardens and shared exercise class and a brilliant what’s app group.

The room is light and quiet with glass doors opening onto a Juliet balcony plus another window. It’s furnished with a comfortable single bed and mattress and has large storage cupboards.

There is one affectionate mischievous cat— who occasionally like to sneak in for a cuddle.

It’s a warm, safe and welcoming home, especially for queer and trans people. Past lodgers have described it as a very healing place to live.
