It is situated in a quiet estate. The area is really nice with some lovely parks nearby. The local transport links are good. Having Canonbury overground station on your doorstep is great.

I’m quite quiet at home, having just finished my dissertation. Generally, I like reading, making art and watching all kinds of things. Be great to do some of this together. Being out and about in London would also be good just now.

This will be a shorter term let but, we will have a contract with an agreed minimum time.
