Two double bedrooms available in a three bedroom house.

Each bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinet. There are two toilets and a separate bathroom. There is also a separate utility room for drying clothes and ironing. The house has been recently refurbished, so it's warm, comfy and modern.

The living / dining has recliner sofas, a 6 person dining table, an extra fridge freezer and smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and cutlery and there's plenty of storage space.

There is free on street parking, and a garden accessed through a lockable side door. This area of Lenton has a nice mix of families, young professionals and students and the house is in a side street in a fairly quiet area. It's close to the city centre, QMC, university campuses and several supermarkets.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband).

I don't have any specific preferences for new housemates. Just someone who's also clean, respectful, easygoing and friendly :)
