The 4 bedroom house is newly refurbished and smartly furnished with a large marble bathroom and wooden floors. The rear garden is fully decked with recessed lighting, great for BBQs and sitting outside, all with zero maintenance.
The house is on a lovely quiet private green giving a lovely feeling of space and community atmosphere. The kitchen has all mod cons including dish-washer, tumble dryer, washing machine and microwave etc.
The house has full central heating and double glazing and all the bills are included in the rent. No need for notes on fridge to split bills! You can just get on with civilised living.
The living room has two sofas and a large TV.
There is a shed in the garden for storage of bikes etc!
You would be sharing with 3 other friendly young professionals who are tidy and want someone to compliment the already great atmosphere. It is important that you understand about privacy as you can then have the best of both worlds - your own space but also people around if you want great company.

It is a 15 min walk from train station and close to the A3. There are supermarkets and pubs just around the corner. The house is in a lovely quiet private gardens called Caxton Gardens. Would suit n/s professional, and to keep the feeling of space, SORRY NO COUPLES.
There are off street parking spaces available to rent and for free there is further parking on the road.
