We a have a beautiful double bedroom with en-suite available in our purpose built house share AVAILABLE NOW.

The house has been completely renovated inside and out and everything is designed with the tenant in mind. We really want the house to feel like a place you are proud to call home and (we think) have thought of everything.

The available bedroom is on the ground floor and has access off the main entrance corridor it is a good sized double with a large en-suite. It has a triple wardrobe, large desk and drawers. All the walls have been sound insulated so you can enjoy peace and quiet when you are in your space. The bedroom also has an individually controlled radiator and heated towel rail in the bathroom. The shower has strong mains water pressure and rain shower head.

Communal space is stunning with views out to open fields and the kitchen is extensive with two full size fridge freezers between 4, as well as two hobs, two ovens, dishwasher and loads of individual storage - and it’s fully equipped!

The lounge dining area is in a large light, airy and calm extension with views over fields and the Malvern Hills at the back. The sofa and dining table big enough for 6 people so you can hang out with friends and enjoy a social house. We even provide a house Netflix account for the TV!

Externally the house a large driveway, accommodating 3 cars and plenty of free off-road parking. There is a secure bike area and we provide a bike for your use. The garden has a large slabbed area with a bbq, hose and electric sockets. There is a big lawn with a fire pit area at the bottom!
