Lovely double room with lots of light and double glazed windows! The room has an ensuite which is modern. The room comes with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, drawers and Tv. Shared kitchen area with 2 fridges and freezers and lots of storage space.

The house is located 2min walk from a bus stop which can take you 10mins to Uxbridge station (metro and picadilly lines) or 10mins to west Drayton station (Elizabeth line) the house is also a 5min walk to the Brunel University campus so perfect for a student, and 7min walk to a lidl.

There are currently 5 students living here but I work full time so the land lord does not mind what profession. They are older students and keep to themselves.

I am looking for someone to replace me for the rest of my tenancy which ends in July but the landlord has said he is happy for the new tenant to sign on for a year!
