Room on the top floor includes large ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Washer/dryer. A kitchenette with microwave , two ring cooker and fridge. Bed is a queen double. A "put you up" spare bed is included.

Flatmates up to now have been single female. Quieter, tidier! I tend to get on better with women.

This is a popular road with Wandsworth Common is at the end of the road, shops and restaurants in Bellevue Road and Garret Lane. Transport from Wandsworth Common station 12 mins walk(Victoria), 139 Bus to Sloane Square 10 mins walk, Tooting Bec(20 mins or bus)Northern line, Earlsfield station 15 mins (Waterloo)
I am retired widower and am at home much of the time. I occupy the rest of the house. I tend to have my own social life but you are welcome to drop by for coffee and also use the oven as there is no oven upstairs. Use of the garden if I am away or by request.
NB. The reason for a short let is I am selling my house but this will not be until end of July or even later so extension may be possible. I will ask you to allow any prospective buyers to look at the room if house is not yet under offer.
