Hello! My name is Maria and I need someone to replace me in an amazing double room near Wembley Park! I would like to move out at the end of April or May 2024 due to personal circumstances so I need someone to take over my room for the rest of the tenancy which ends at the end of September!

It is a double room, big wardrobe and the whole flat is furnished. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 BATHROOMS (so each flatmate has its own bathroom!). The living room and kitchen are modern and very spacious. The balcony is huge with an amazing view facing Wembley Stadium. UTILITIES INCLUDED.

The building is great, it has everything you need. It has a private gym; working spaces, social spaces, a private garden/mini park for the building, BBQs, PRIVATE PARKING if needed and a concierge 24hrs. It is also close to many shops and the area is very safe and lively!

The flatmates staying here are 2 lovely girls, one is doing her masters and the other is working! They are looking for someone friendly, chill, that can get along well amongst flatmates and nice!

The 4/5 MONTHS HAVE TO BE PAYED UPFRONT. And if you would like to move in earlier, we can try to rearrange and I can move out earlier giving you a discount in the rent for that month! Also, if you would like to move in later as well me can arrange something.
