Two bed Student Flat in Wembley Park. Looking for two people to replace myself and my flatmate as we are wanting to move out just to a different property due to us both having new jobs.

Grand Felda House is a student only property, and this is a rare mid-year chance to get a flat where you can get both of the rooms for yourself and a friend. There is no council tax on this flat due to the requirement of being a student.

Flat is a 5 minute walk from Wembley Park station (Jubilee/Met) so 20 minutes to uni's such as UCL, Westminster (either campus), etc.

Really decent for people looking for a short commute to central without having to pay ridiculous prices for zone 1, whilst retaining zone 1 commute times.
