Sunny, very large room for rent in a shared, friendly, quiet house with another two ladies. The room suits one person for a short stay.

Fully furnished with a TV, a couch, single bed, table and chairs. There is a large window and door that leads to a private balcony.

Shared facilities include: a big kitchen, bathroom, fast WiFi. We can provide a parking permit for parking on the property. The property has a lovely communcal garden and is a few minutes walk from the Wimbledon common.

Available 1st of July. The rent includes all utility bills.

The room meets the needs of tennis fans this season. Please note this room is only available for temporary short stays.
