Bills cover all utilities, council tax and TV licence. The current lodgers have their own broadband, so you will need to arrange your own for your move-in date if we agree to sign a contract.

Sorry, not suitable for families. It may also not be great for anyone with pets as there is no garden or catflap, but I may consider clean indoor pets.
