A comfortable house for mid / final year undergrads or postgrads (Masters or PhD). Both UK and international students welcome, and all paperwork can be carried out online.
All double rooms can be fitted with a double or single bed according to your wishes.
Please note that the bathroom is shared.
We have fitted a new bathroom and new kitchen.
Besides a shared living room there is a conservatory off the kitchen which can double as both a utility room and a dining room
All bedrooms come fully furnished with bed, wardrobe / fitted cupboard, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The photos were taken two years ago after the house was redecorated throughout. Curtains are provided but not shown in the bedrooms. Gas and electric certificates are up to date and a fire risk assessment has been carried out.
In addition to the basic rent which varies with room size, we charge everyone at cost the same for the package of bills. This is £100 / £125 per month for 4 / 3 sharers, but may have to be increased if energy prices go up. Gas and electricity are from a renewable energy company - Octopus Energy. At present the house is occupied by a couple of carers whose contracts renew on 31st August 24. However bedrooms 2 & 3 are available for occupation now.
Please note that this house is not suitable for the University of Kent which is the other side of Canterbury.
Council Tax is Band B..
We look forward to hearing from you
