This good sized, light and quiet room is at the top of the house and has a double bed, desk and fitted wardrobe. The room has a TV aerial point and WIFI access. Adjacent to the room is a shower room.

The house has a large kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a garden at the back which gets the sun all afternoon and early evening! I do enjoy a BBQ!

I work full time as a chartered surveyor, currently mostly at home and I'm very easy going and do like the house to be clean and tidy.

If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable house share this would be perfect for you!

I have two children (12 and 16) who stay part of the time.
